Baby Chimp Eli at a Sanctaury?

Chimp Chat-" Well folks I took the liberty to look up the Big Cat habitat/Gulf Coast Sanctuary's schedule for the summer and boy oh boy, for someone that has "rescued" this poor little chimp, it sure hasn't taken them any time at all to start exploiting him and making money off of him. Poor little guy, if he only had a choice in what his future holds, he would want to be back with his mother. Real sanctuaries do not do this folks. Don't be fooled by the name sanctuary. I always say before you donate, do your homework, find out who the people are, what they do behind the scenes and do they have another name they go by. I'm a good resource for anyone to ask about a sanctuary. Anyone can e-mail me privately, leaving an e-mail address and I will give you the information on a good or a pseudo sanctuary.

Remember, that every person that participates in this practice is money going into the people's pockets so that they can again buy (not rescue) another chimp, so that Connie Casey can again, rip another baby off of it's mother and put 65,000.00 into her pockets. Put your wants aside and think about the awful trade in which you will feed into. Sure it's cute for now, but what happens to this poor little chimp after he can't make them anymore money for the next 50 or more years. Would you like to be caged for that many years just because you were once cute? How fair is that?

Here's what these people are doing every sat for the entire of June

6:00p -8:00p Self-guided tour and free educational chimpanzee encounter. Gates open at 6 pm; demo at 7 pm. Requested donation: $12 for adults; $10 for seniors over 65; $6 for children 12 and under.

They charge $12, and still want people to donate diapers?
What do these people think we are, stupid?
